Job Description

About the Role:

As a Data Scientist - AI Operations, you will play a key role in supporting, enhancing, and maintaining production AI and GenAI applications. You will work across the application lifecycle, including customer onboarding, model enhancement, defect resolution, release management, compliance support, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone with strong data science fundamentals and hands-on experience with modern Generative AI technologies who enjoys working directly with business stakeholders and customers.



Responsibilities:

. Enhance, maintain, and troubleshoot existing AI and GenAI applications.
. Analyze, prioritize, and resolve production issues, defects, and performance concerns.
. Support onboarding and implementation of new clients on existing AI platforms.
. Assist in developing, testing, and validating machine learning and GenAI solutions.
. Participate in release planning, deployment activities, and post-release monitoring.
. Contribute to AI governance, audit, compliance, and documentation requirements.
. Work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to understand and address business needs.
. Create reports, visualizations, and insights to support operational and business decisions.
. Support automation initiatives that improve application reliability and efficiency.
. Stay current with advancements in GenAI, Agentic AI, orchestration frameworks, and data science methodologies.
. Contribute to model validation and performance testing.
. Stay informed about emerging data science tools and methodologies.

Skills:
. Generative AI: Working knowledge of LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, Agentic AI, RAG, and orchestration frameworks.
. Python: Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML application development and support.
. Machine Learning: Understanding of model development, evaluation, and maintenance.
. SQL & Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and troubleshoot data-related issues.
. AI Operations: Experience supporting production AI applications, releases, and monitoring.
. Compliance & Governance: Awareness of AI governance, risk, security, and regulatory requirements.
. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder and client expectations.
. Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
