Responsibilities –

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Machine Learning and AI models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Develop models for risk modeling, customer segmentation, forecasting, optimization, and business intelligence use cases.
• Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable business insights.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, and performance optimization.
• Develop AI-powered solutions leveraging NLP, Deep Learning, and Generative AI technologies.
• Deploy and integrate machine learning models into production environments using APIs, pipelines, and MLOps practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology teams to identify AI opportunities and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Monitor model performance, improve model accuracy, and support continuous enhancement of AI solutions.
• Explore and implement modern AI capabilities including Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and Agentic AI workflows.

Requirements –

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline with 7+ years of experience in Data Science, AI, or Machine Learning.
• Strong programming expertise in Python and SQL with hands-on experience in building end-to-end machine learning solutions.
• Strong experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, feature engineering, model development lifecycle, model evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning.
• Hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML, or similar model deployment and monitoring platforms.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
• Exposure to Agentic AI workflows will be an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
