Designs, develops and programs methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse big data sources to generate actionable insights and solutions for client services and product enhancement.
We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist / Data Engineer to design and build AI Agents that solve critical business challenges. The ideal candidate combines strong engineering discipline with deep AI/ML expertise, and is comfortable working end-to-end—from data processing to deploying intelligent agentic solutions.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and deploy AI Agents using generative AI, traditional ML, and modern agentic frameworks (including MCP).
- Build robust data pipelines and services to support agent reasoning, context retrieval, and real-time decision-making.
- Develop and maintain Python-based microservices and APIs that integrate AI Agents into business applications.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.
- Evaluate and tune models (LLMs, embeddings, and classic ML algorithms) to ensure accuracy, performance, and reliability.
- Implement best practices for MLOps, observability, versioning, testing, and continuous improvement of agent behaviors.
- Research emerging AI techniques and identify opportunities to enhance agent capabilities and automation.
- Ensure solutions follow enterprise governance, security, and compliance standards.
