About The Opportunity
We are hiring an on-site Data Scientist to join client-facing analytics teams who deliver predictive analytics and AI solutions for commercial use-cases. You will apply statistical modelling, machine learning and production deployment practices to turn business questions into measurable outcomes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, train and validate predictive models and classifiers to solve business problems and improve KPIs.
- Ingest, clean and transform structured and unstructured datasets; perform feature engineering and selection.
- Build reusable Python-based data pipelines and SQL queries; ensure reproducibility and version control for experiments.
- Deploy models as APIs or containerised services; implement monitoring, rollback and performance validation in production.
- Create dashboards and visualisations to communicate insights and translate technical results into business actions.
- Drive best practices for model governance, testing, and collaborate with engineering teams to operationalise solutions.

Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related quantitative discipline.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end ML solutions, including data preparation, modelling and production deployment.
- Strong statistical reasoning, hypothesis testing and A/B testing experience; ability to interpret model outputs for stakeholders.
- Comfortable working on-site in India and collaborating directly with cross-functional teams and clients.
