This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Noida. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include market analysis, developing strategic business plans, executing sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, and meeting set revenue targets. The role also involves preparing reports and providing insights to drive informed decision-making.

• Analytical skills for market research, competitor analysis, and tracking business performance
• Experience with CRM and sales tools to manage leads and track sales progress

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
