Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Science Trainer based in Vishakhapatnam. The Data Science Trainer will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, developing course materials, and supporting students in learning data science concepts. Day-to-day tasks include teaching key concepts in data science, evaluating student performance, and providing guidance on real-world projects to prepare them for success in the field. The ideal candidate will contribute to shaping the next generation of data scientists through interactive and practical instruction.

Role Overview

. We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate faculty member who can train students in Python programming, Data Science, Data Analytics and AI Automation. The ideal candidate should have both academic teaching experience and industry exposure to effectively bridge the gap between theory and practical application.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and structured sessions on: Python programming (from basics to advanced), Data Science(AI &ML), Data Analytics using libraries/tools (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Power BI/Tableau) AI Automation and applications (automation frameworks, Chatbots, AI APIs)

Design course materials, lesson plans, and practical projects aligned with industry requirements.

Guide students through real-world case studies, capstone projects, and automation workflows.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate latest trends and tools into training.

Assess student performance and provide feedback for skill improvement. Collaborate with the academic team to develop certification programs and curriculum updates.

Participate in seminars, workshops, and webinars to promote the courses.

Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills:

Strong command over Python and its data libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).

Strong teaching knowledge in Machine Learning, Deep learning NLP and Generative AI

Experience in Data Analytics tools: Power BI, Tableau, Excel Analytics.

Familiarity with AI automation frameworks like RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) or Python-based automation (Selenium, OpenAI API, LangChain).

Teaching Skills: Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver hands-on, interactive sessions. Strong communication, mentorship, and presentation skills.

Language:

English (Preferred)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.

Professional certifications (Python, Data Analytics, AI, RPA) preferred.

2+ years of relevant teaching or corporate training experience.
