About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Science & Data Analytics Trainer to deliver practical, industry-oriented training in Data Science, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and related technologies.
The successful candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with effective communication and mentoring skills to help learners understand concepts and apply them through hands-on exercises and real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging training sessions covering Data Science and Data Analytics concepts.
- Provide hands-on practical exercises, workshops, and project-based learning.
- Explain technical concepts clearly and effectively to learners with different levels of knowledge.
- Guide students through practical projects involving data preparation, analysis, visualization, and machine learning.
- Develop and update presentations, coding exercises, notebooks, assignments, and other training materials.
- Assess learner progress through assignments, practical exercises, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students in resolving technical queries.
- Keep training content updated with developments in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and related technologies.
- Maintain a professional and collaborative learning environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5–6 years of hands-on professional experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Previous experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or conducting technical workshops.
- Strong practical knowledge of Python.
- Hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data manipulation.
- Good understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning concepts.
- Practical experience with supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and dashboards.
- Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with MLOps concepts and practices.
- Exposure to Big Data technologies such as Apache Spark.
- Experience working with real-world datasets and industry projects.
