AI & Data Science – Advanced Analytics Transformation (GenAI, Industrial AI & Manufacturing Analytics)

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Manager / Consultant (AI & Data Science – Advanced Analytics, GenAI, Industrial AI & Manufacturing Analytics) with 6–14 years of experience in artificial intelligence, data science, and industrial analytics to lead AI‑driven transformation initiatives. The role focuses on designing and deploying Generative AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics solutions, partnering with business, analytics, and IT teams to deliver scalable, data‑driven outcomes across manufacturing and industrial domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI/analytics advisory engagements, including as‑is/to‑be analysis, problem decomposition, and solution blueprinting across manufacturing and industrial processes.
- Drive end‑to‑end AI and data science solution development for Generative AI, machine learning, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and process intelligence use cases.
- Design and deploy GenAI and Agentic AI solutions, including LLM‑based systems, multi‑agent frameworks, and intelligent automation applications.
- Translate complex business problems into data science models, AI pipelines, and analytical frameworks aligned with strategic and operational objectives.
- Partner with business stakeholders to align solutions with supply chain, manufacturing, and industrial process requirements.
- Oversee complete lifecycle including data ingestion, feature engineering, model development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Develop transformation deliverables such as solution architecture, process flows, KPIs, model documentation, and decision frameworks.
- Recommend AI/data science‑driven improvements for forecast accuracy, operational efficiency, cost reduction, process optimization, and customer experience.
- Lead PoCs, MVPs, and innovation initiatives, driving adoption of GenAI and advanced analytics solutions.
- Work independently or lead small teams; ensure delivery in agile / sprint‑based environments with strong client engagement.
Technical Expertise & Domain Skills
- Strong hands‑on experience with Generative AI (LLMs, multimodal AI, Agentic AI frameworks) and data science techniques.
- Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit‑learn.
- Experience in designing and deploying end‑to‑end AI/ML/data science pipelines, APIs (FastAPI/Flask), and scalable systems.
- Strong exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), including Databricks and ML services.
- Domain expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, and industrial analytics (forecasting, logistics, inventory, process optimization).
- Experience with big data ecosystems (Hadoop, Spark) and distributed data processing.
- Familiarity with statistical modeling, optimization techniques, and decision science approaches.
- Exposure to industries such as Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Retail, Logistics, Utilities, and Industrial Engineering.
Your Qualifications
- B.Tech mandatory; Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, AI, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related fields preferred.
- 6–14 years of experience in data science, AI/ML, or analytics transformation roles.
- Strong consulting mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in problem structuring, data science/AI solution design, deployment, and business value realization.
- Ability to work with cross‑functional global teams; agile delivery experience preferred.
- Experience in proposals, RFPs, and client presentations is a strong advantage.
- Digitally savvy with exposure to Python, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Cloud platforms, AI/ML, Automation, Advanced Analytics, and GenAI.
