Role Overview:

As a Data Scientist III (CV) at ALLEN Digital, you lead the development of advanced machine learning solutions for our EdTech platform. With expertise in computer vision and deep learning, you'll drive innovation, mentor junior data scientists, and help enhance learning outcomes through AI-powered products.

Job Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, and deploy machine learning algorithms and models, with a focus on computer

vision, face recognition, emotion detection, OCR applications, etc.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project opportunities

● Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and

improvement

● Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and computer vision,

and apply this knowledge to drive innovation

● Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate

them into actionable data-driven insights

● Ensure the quality and integrity of data used in model development and testing

● Communicate findings and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What we are looking for:

● Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field

● A total of 7-10 years of experience, including at least 4 years in roles involving Data

Science/Computer Vision

● Proven experience as a Senior ML Scientist or a similar role, with a focus on

computer vision and deep learning

● Strong experience in developing and deploying OCR applications

● Demonstrated ability to mentor junior data scientists and foster a collaborative work

environment

● Proficiency in Python and relevant machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch,

etc.)
