Our data science team powers real-time talent demand forecasting, skill gap analysis, and personalized career pathway recommendations for thousands of clinicians nationwide.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and deploy machine learning models to predict clinician hiring trends, attrition risk, and skill-demand hotspots across Indian healthcare markets.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms to ingest, clean, and transform heterogeneous healthcare workforce datasets.
• Collaborate with product and HR teams to translate business problems into data-driven KPIs and visual dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Apply NLP techniques to parse and categorize unstructured clinician resumes and job descriptions for intelligent matching and recommendation.
• Optimize model performance through feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and A/B testing of scoring logic.
• Document modeling approaches and maintain reproducible experiments using Git, MLflow, or similar version control frameworks.
