Data Science Manager We are looking for an experienced Data Science Manager to lead a team of data scientists in building scalable analytics and machine learning solutions. This role combines technical expertise, people leadership, and business acumen to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities . Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data scientists and analysts . Define data science strategy aligned with business objectives . Oversee development and deployment of machine learning models . Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders . Translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights . Ensure best practices in model development, validation, and monitoring . Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and advanced analytics initiatives . Manage project timelines, priorities, and resource allocation . Stay current with emerging data science tools and techniques Required Skills & Qualifications . Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field . 7+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with leadership experience . Strong expertise in Python/R and machine learning frameworks . Solid understanding of statistics, predictive modeling, and AI techniques . Experience with SQL, big data technologies, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) . Strong stakeholder management and communication skills . Experience deploying models into production environments Preferred Qualifications . PhD in a quantitative field . Experience in MLOps, model monitoring, and automation .
