Key Responsibilities
- Understand business objectives and frame them as data science problems, with a focus on forecasting.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and reproducible modeling workflows.
- Explore datasets, extract insights, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and senior data scientists.
- Build predictive models and analytic systems, and test their performance in real-world scenarios.
- Analyze experimental results, refine models, and continuously improve outcomes.
- Stay updated with emerging ML/AI techniques and apply them to business problems.
Requirements
- 57 years of experience in data analytics model development and deployment.
- Proven expertise in forecasting and predictive analytics.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms for business applications.
- Strong knowledge of data management and visualization techniques.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Hadoop.
- Experience managing teams of at least 23 members.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to integrate analytics seamlessly with business processes.
- Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/BE) in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
