About the role:-Express Analytics helps growth teams turn customer data into production‑grade analytics and GenAI/agentic AI solutions across marketing, customer experience, and operations. We are looking for ambitious interns to help us build LLM‑driven workflows and autonomous agents that power our marketing and analytics platforms as well as selected client projects.
What you'll do:-- Agentic AI development: Contribute to autonomous agents that orchestrate data, analytics, and content generation for our marketing and analytics product suites and internal tools.
- LLM integration & NLP: Implement and experiment with Large Language Models (LLMs) for tasks such as text analysis, sentiment understanding, topic extraction, and document summarization.
- Customer analytics models: Support the development and evaluation of models for customer lifetime value (CLV), churn prediction, segmentation, and RFM‑style analyses.
- Predictive & recommendation modeling: Help build and test forecasting and recommendation models for use cases like demand, pricing, and personalized offers.
- Marketing intelligence: Work on components like look‑alike modeling, attribution modeling, and marketing mix modeling (MMM) that improve campaign performance and budget allocation.
- Engineering & experimentation hygiene: Write clean, reproducible code and notebooks, run experiments, track results, and document learnings for the broader team.
What we're looking for:-- Candidates that are available to work full time at time of Internship.
- To join us full time resource after internship (confirmation based on your performance)
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed B.Tech or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.
- Core AI/ML skills: Solid foundations in machine learning (classification, regression, basic evaluation).
- Exposure to deep learning (e.g., CNNs, RNN/LSTM or transformers) and clustering techniques.
- Programming & data skills:
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn) and basic SQL.
- Comfort working with Jupyter/Colab, Git, and APIs.
- Emerging tech & frameworks (nice to have)
- Familiarity with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar.
- Understanding of agentic AI concepts, multi‑agent workflows, or tool‑using agents.
- Exposure to deep learning libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Soft skills: Analytical mindset, eagerness to learn, and strong written and verbal communication.
