Acrotinel is looking for a highly motivated Data Science Intern with a strong interest in Machine Learning. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build, train, and deploy ML models while working on real-world datasets and business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models for real-world use cases

• Work on supervised and unsupervised learning problems (classification, regression, clustering)

• Perform feature engineering and data preprocessing for model improvement

• Implement model validation techniques and performance tuning

• Collaborate with teams to understand business problems and translate them into ML solutions

• Work on model deployment basics and API integration

• Analyze model outputs and provide insights for decision-making

• Experiment with different algorithms to improve accuracy and efficiency

• Document model workflows, experiments, and results

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts and algorithms

• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib)

• Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques

• Understanding of model evaluation metrics (accuracy, precision, recall, etc.)

• Familiarity with data preprocessing and feature engineering

• Basic understanding of deep learning (TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus)

• Knowledge of SQL and handling datasets

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

• Ability to explain model results and insights clearly

Eligibility Criteria

• Students or recent graduates from Data Science, AI, Computer Science, or related fields

• Freshers with strong ML projects or case studies are encouraged to apply

• Candidates with Kaggle participation or ML portfolio preferred

• Certifications in Machine Learning / Data Science are a plus

• Must be available for a full-time remote internship
