WebConvoy Academy is looking for an experienced data science instructor who is passionate about teaching and mentoring students with industry-relevant skills. The instructor will deliver practical, project-based training aligned with real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver classroom/online training in Python, statistics, machine learning, SQL, and data visualisation.
- Design and update curriculum, assignments, and capstone projects
- Guide students through real-world datasets and business problems
- Conduct assessments, doubt-clearing sessions, and mock interviews
- Mentor students on career paths, portfolios, and industry readiness
- Stay updated with current trends in Data Science and AI
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience in Python, Pandas, NumPy, Machine Learning
- Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau for data visualization
- 2+ years of industry or teaching experience in Data Science
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred:
- Experience with live projects and industry case studies
- Relevant certifications in Data Science / ML
