About the Role

Pickl.AI (TransOrg's education brand) is seeking a technically immersed Data Science/Data

Engineering Instructor. We are looking for a creative professional who is passionate about

teaching, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants to accelerate their exposure across

various areas in Machine Learning and Data Science.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver data science and data engineering training programs to students

at Pickl.AI partner institutions.

Teach and mentor students on topics such as data analysis, machine learning,

statistics, data visualization, and other relevant areas.

Develop instructional materials, including lesson plans, presentations, assignments,

and assessments.

Stay updated with the latest developments in data science and integrate emerging

trends into the curriculum.

Incorporate hands-on projects and case studies into teaching.

Provide guidance and support to students, including answering questions and giving

feedback on assignments/projects.

Collaborate with fellow instructors and team members to continuously improve

training programs.

Participate in internal meetings and training sessions to enhance instructional skills.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, progress, and

grades.

Requirements

Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related

field (preferred).

Strong knowledge of data science concepts, techniques, and tools.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.

Prior teaching or mentoring experience (classroom/online) is a plus.

Passion for teaching and enabling student success.
