As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to help learners acquire the technical knowledge and skills needed for career success. This includes conducting interactive sessions, preparing training materials, and providing ongoing support to participants. Collaboration with other team members to ensure the quality and effectiveness of training programs is expected. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South.

• Strong expertise in Technical Training and familiarity with Training & Development methodologies
• Proficient communication and presentation skills to deliver content effectively
• Ability to design and execute comprehensive and engaging technical training programs
• Experience in mentoring or leading technical skill-building workshops or courses
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Passion for empowering individuals and helping them achieve career goals in tech
• Background in preparing candidates for placements within the tech industry is a plus
