We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered analytics tools and accelerators. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Machine learning, LLMs, RAG systems, and AI agents, and be capable of independently driving projects by collaborating across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-driven analytics solutions to automate workflows
- Build and deploy LLM-based applications using modern AI frameworks
- Develop and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
- Build and manage AI agents for intelligent task automation
- Integrate and work with LLM APIs (OpenAI, etc.) and orchestration frameworks
- Deploy scalable AI services in production environments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and engineering teams
- Take end-to-end ownership of projects with minimal supervision
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and GenAI ecosystems
- Experience in RAG pipeline development
- Exposure to agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, etc.)
- Experience in orchestration and workflow automation
- Ability to build and deploy production-grade AI solutions
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.)
- Familiarity with MLOps / model deployment pipelines
