Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Researcher & Data Mining Executive to support our exhibition and event business by identifying, researching, validating, and enriching prospect databases. The ideal candidate will have experience using B2B data intelligence platforms such as Apollo.io, Lusha, and Contact Out to build targeted attendee, exhibitor, sponsor, and buyer databases across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

·   Research and identify potential exhibitors, sponsors, attendees, speakers, and industry stakeholders.

·   Build and maintain high-quality B2B databases for exhibition and conference campaigns.

·   Mine data from company websites, industry directories, professional networks, and public sources.

·   Use Apollo, Lusha, ContactOut, and other prospecting tools to gather and verify:

o  Contact names

o  Job titles

o  Email addresses

o  Phone numbers

o  Company information

o  Industry classifications

·   Validate and cleanse data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

·   Segment databases by industry, geography, company size, job function, and decision-maker level.

·   Conduct market research to identify emerging companies and industry trends.

·   Maintain CRM and marketing databases with updated records.

·   Generate reports on database quality, lead acquisition, and research outcomes.

·   Support sales and marketing teams with targeted prospect lists for exhibition promotion.

Required Skills

·   Strong internet research and data mining capabilities.

·   Experience using Apollo, Lusha, ContactOut, or similar B2B intelligence platforms.

·   Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

 ·   Knowledge of LinkedIn research and professional networking platforms.

·   Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

·   Strong analytical and organizational skills.

·   Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

·   1–3 years of experience in data research, lead generation, market research, or database management.

·   Prior experience in the exhibition, trade show, conference, events, media, or B2B marketing industry.

·   Hands-on experience with:

o  Apollo.io

o  Lusha

o  ContactOut

o  LinkedIn Sales Navigator

o  CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot

·   Experience in lead enrichment, contact verification, and database segmentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

·   Self-motivated and highly organized.

·   Strong communication and collaboration skills.

·   Ability to handle large datasets with high accuracy.

·   Understanding of B2B sales processes and exhibition marketing.

·   Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy best practices.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

·   Number of verified contacts generated per month.

·   Database accuracy and completeness rate.

·   Lead-to-conversion support metrics.

·   Research turnaround time.

·   CRM/database hygiene score.

Experience: 1–5 years preferred
