We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Reconciliation Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across various sources by performing thorough reconciliations and addressing discrepancies.

Responsibilities

Perform data reconciliation between various data sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Identify discrepancies and inconsistencies in data sets and resolve them promptly.
Generate reconciliation reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data management processes.
Maintain documentation of reconciliation processes and results.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL) for data extraction and manipulation.
Strong analytical skills to assess data quality and identify patterns or anomalies.
Attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
Effective communication skills to present findings and collaborate with team members.
+++Good Communication and +++understanding of Excel.
