Data Quality & Validation Engineer

• Design and execute test plans for data products, including ETL processes and data migration projects.
• Validate data integrity and consistency across systems using SQL and ABAP.
• Collaborate with development and functional teams to understand data flows and requirements.
• Perform impact analysis and regression testing using tools likeTricentis LiveCompare,Panaya, and other test management tools.
• Identify, document, and track data quality issues to resolution.
• Work with stakeholders to define and implement data validation strategies and test automation where applicable.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience inETL processes,SQL, andABAP.
• Deep understanding ofdata validationtechniques anddata integrityprinciples.
• Experience withtest management toolsand frameworks for enterprise data environments.
• Exposure to tools likeTricentis LiveCompare,Panaya, or equivalent platforms.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience inSAP environmentsordata migrationprojects.
• Familiarity with automation tools for data validation and QA reporting.
• ISTQB or equivalent testing certification is a plus.
