Data Quality Analyst

Hybrid, Bangalore

INTO University Partnerships is hiring a Data Quality Analyst for our Bangalore office.

This role is part of the Core Business Systems team, responsible for developing and supporting IT systems used across all areas of the business globally. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Core Data & Systems Services, you'll help maintain the course catalogue and associated reference data ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across our systems.

You'll play a key role in supporting internal teams and partners by maintaining high data quality standards in Salesforce CRM and integrated systems that power our student administration and recruitment processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Course Catalogue and related reference data within Salesforce CRM.
  • Lead the annual rollover of course catalogue data to ensure a seamless transition each academic year.
  • Create and update Salesforce records, including accounts, contacts, and related data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform regular data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment to maintain data integrity.
  • Investigate and resolve data quality issues to ensure reliability across systems and reports.
  • Provide stakeholder support by managing data-related queries through Salesforce cases and service tickets.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Oversee the accurate transfer of course catalogue data from Salesforce to integrated external systems.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of data structures and data modelling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience working collaboratively across teams and functions.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM (administrator level) preferred.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones for global collaboration.
