Job Description:
Own the product strategy and delivery roadmap for data governance initiatives across regional data marts and metric repositories
Define and maintain a centralised business glossary and metric taxonomy, ensuring consistent definitions across finance, commercial, and data science consumers
Establish and operationalise data quality frameworks - including anomaly detection, lineage tracking, and SLA monitoring - in partnership with data engineering teams
Translate evolving business definitions and regulatory requirements into structured governance policies and data model updates
Lead cross-functional working groups with finance, compliance, regional market leads, and ML teams to align on data standards and resolve definitional conflicts
Proactively audit metric logic and pipeline outputs to identify inconsistencies before they surface in reporting or model outputs
Manage stakeholder expectations across competing priorities, balancing governance rigour with delivery velocity
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. A master's degree is advantageous but not required.
At least 2 years of full-time working experience in an end-to-end technical product management role
Proficiency in SQL & Python
Proven experience owning 0-to-1 technical product delivery - from problem definition and solution design through to production launch and post-launch iteration.
Strong communicator capable of driving alignment between technical data teams and non-technical business stakeholders across multiple markets, with proven regional stakeholder management and direct engineering partnership from requirements through to delivery.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex, ambiguous business requirements into precise data definitions and technical specifications
High attention to detail and a systematic approach to identifying and resolving data quality issues
