We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Engineer with Collibra experience to join our data and analytics team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in data governance, data quality management, data architecture, and enterprise data platforms. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, data stewards, data engineers, and business intelligence teams to design, govern, and deliver high-quality data solutions.
A strong understanding of SAP Logistics business processes, data warehousing concepts, and modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide data quality frameworks and governance standards.
- Utilize Collibra for data governance, metadata management, business glossary management, data lineage, and data quality initiatives.
- Understand and analyze Logistics business processes within SAP to support data integration and reporting requirements.
- Work closely with Business Stakeholders (BS), Data Stewards (DS), Data Engineers (DE), and Business Intelligence Engineers (BIEs) to gather requirements and deliver data solutions.
- Perform Data Architecture activities, including:
- Data solution architecture design
- Data modeling and schema design
- Data integration strategy development
- Data quality and governance framework implementation
- Understand and integrate data from APIs, external systems, and multiple source systems.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of data solutions and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to implement scalable and efficient data pipelines.
- Review technical designs, data models, and pull requests to ensure adherence to data architecture standards.
- Drive data governance initiatives, including business glossary creation, data stewardship, and data quality monitoring.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Data Engineers on data architecture best practices.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance policies and standards.

Technical Skills
- Strong experience with Collibra Data Governance Platform.
- In-depth understanding of Data Quality Management and Data Governance principles.
- Experience with SAP Logistics Business Processes.
- Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing Concepts and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
- Experience designing and implementing Data Models and Data Architectures.
- Strong understanding of APIs, external systems, and enterprise data integration.
- Experience working with ETL/ELT processes and modern data ecosystems.
- Knowledge of metadata management, data lineage, and business glossary frameworks.
- Familiarity with SQL and data analysis techniques.
