The Salesforce Data Quality Coordinator supports the ongoing accuracy, cleanliness, and reliability of data within Salesforce. This is a hands-on role focused on day-to-day data maintenance, duplicate management, and data accuracy tasks to ensure Salesforce remains a consistent, usable, and trustworthy record across the firm.

Requirements

How You'll Contribute:

Data Cleanup & Maintenance


  • Identify and resolve duplicate records across the CRM
  • Perform duplicate cleanup and record merging using Salesforce tools and defined processes
  • Maintain accurate Client and Contact records, including updates, standardization, and formatting
  • Support new client and contact data enrichment, including pulling and validating data from Apollo or similar tools

Data Governance Support


  • Assist with field maintenance and data standardization efforts under the direction of senior team members
  • Partner with the Marketing Operations to ensure Salesforce fields support marketing needs and are properly mapped
  • Help maintain Industry and other standardized picklist values to ensure consistency
  • Follow and help enforce documented data standards and entry guidelines

Automation & Data Accuracy Support


  • Assist in building and maintaining Salesforce Flows and validation rules designed by senior administrators
  • Report data quality trends, issues, or risks to the Salesforce team

Ongoing Data Operations


  • Perform regular data audits and cleanup tasks based on established schedules
  • Support recurring data updates and enrichment cycles
  • Assist with data imports, exports, and bulk updates following best practices
  • Help ensure Salesforce data remains aligned with connected systems (e.g., Marketo)

What Skills You'll Bring:

Required Qualifications


  • Basic experience or strong interest in Salesforce or CRM data management
  • High attention to detail and comfort working with large data sets
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Willingness to learn Salesforce tools, automation, and best practices
  • Ability to follow defined processes and ask questions when unclear

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with Salesforce and Dataloader.io
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Marketo is a plus)
  • Exposure to data enrichment tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar
