Key Responsibilities

. Drives the migration of marketing, product, and fund performance data from legacy systems to new Golden Source platforms.

2. Works with Data Governance , Data Quality teams to monitor and ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness.

3. Defines ingestion rules, transformation logic, and data quality standards for integrated datasets.

4. Acts as the key liaison for data integration & migration and technology discussions.

5. Collaborates with data owners, product teams, performance teams, distribution, and compliance to validate data definitions and approved usage.

6. Translates data requirements into functional specifications.

7. Documents end to end data flows and mapping logic between systems.

8. Establishes business validation rules for product and performance data used across various channels.

9. Manages issue tracking, root cause analysis, and remediation efforts to maintain clean data pipelines.

10. Supports enterprise data governance standards, ensuring product metadata is consistent across all platforms and sources.

Skillset:

1. Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, with hands on data integration experience.

2. Deep knowledge of investment product data across multiple asset classes including Equities, Fixed Income, Multi Asset, Alternatives, and Private Markets.

3. Strong business analysis, requirement gathering, user story writing, and communication skills for effective collaboration across technical and non technical teams
