Data Quality and Governance Analyst 1

• Acquire, validate, and maintain operational and financial data from multiple primary and secondary sources including rent roll reports, AR reports, and trial balance preparations

• Perform data quality checks on tenancy schedules, arrears templates, dashboards, and source systems and raise JIRA defects when required

• Clean, filter, and resolve data inconsistencies across frontend and backend systems

• Manage daily SFTP data uploads and process external data sources such as RCA, CBRE-EA, Moody's Analytics, NCREIF, Altus, CoStar, and RealPage

• Maintain and update climate risk data (MSCI CVaR) and performance datasets for CE and UK assets

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to reduce ETL issues and support UAT and product delivery

• Use Power BI, SSMS, Excel, and JLLGPT for reporting, analysis, and validation

• Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve data quality

• Support data warehousing activities including database maintenance, business rules implementation, and unit testing

• Maintain SOPs, documentation, and knowledge base updates within defined timelines
