About The Role
We're seeking a meticulous Data Quality Analyst to help drive excellence across AI/ML data pipelines within a fast-paced shared services environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring data integrity, performing quality audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality audits on annotated datasets against defined standards.
- Apply statistical quality metrics (e.g., F1 score, inter-annotator agreement) to evaluate data accuracy.
- Perform root cause analysis and propose corrective and preventive measures.
- Manage edge-case annotations and identify process improvements.
- Utilize annotation and QC tools to monitor and enhance data quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and support training, documentation, and automation efforts.
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, quality, or annotation ideally in AI/ML.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with data pipelines and quality frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with annotation tools (Labelbox, Dataloop, LabelStudio, etc.).
- Exposure to multimodal datasets (text, image, audio, video).
- Working knowledge of Python and AI data quality metrics.
- Experience in agile or shared services environments.
