Data Quality Analyst

Your Role

TheInformationSystemsgroup has a key position available for a talentedDataQuality Analyst. In this position,the ideal candidate willbe responsible forensuring the quality and reliability of ourEnterprise SaaS platformsimplementations and integrationsespeciallySalesforceand VantagePoint, working closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.We are looking for candidates who are ready to roll up their sleeves andidentifydata and functional gaps, including the ability totrace outthe sourceandhighlight it to the right groups.

What You Will Do

• Validate andmonitordata across systems tomaintainaccuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Analyzedatasets toidentifyanomalies, duplicates, and quality issues.

• Define and enforce data quality rules, policies, and best practices.

• Investigate data discrepancies and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.

• Track and report data quality metrics to stakeholders.

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Salesforceand VantagePoint in future.

• Performfunctional, regression, integration, and UAT testingonfeatures and customizations.

• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or Similar.

• Perform database validationsusing tools such asQuerySurge.

• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and organizational standards.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Your Qualifications

Essential:

• 4-6 years of experience in a similar position

• Bachelor's degree inengineering, or related field.

• Strong experience working with Salesforce or any other CRM tool

• Experiencedin Data Quality methodologies likedatamonitoring&governanceto detectanomalies, duplication, patterndeviationusingtools/concepts like SQL,MS Excel,ETLand analytics.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high entrepreneurial spirit.

• Strong communicationand collaboration abilities.

Desirable:

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments particularly JIRA

• Familiarity with any ERP platforms preferablyDeltekVision/VantagePoint

• Exposure totesting Processandtools.
