Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data QA Analyst with strong SQL expertise and domain experience in the mortgage services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring data integrity across systems, validating data load strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve data anomalies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SQL queries to test and validate data load strategies across multiple systems.
- Perform root cause analysis on data quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct data comparison and validation using Data Quality tools, preferably QuerySurge.
- Collaborate with ETL developers and business stakeholders to investigate and resolve data anomalies.
- Ensure data integrity through profiling, audits, and continuous quality checks.
- Document test cases, validation results, and quality metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
