Data Protection Officer

Our client, a leading global financial services organization, is looking to hire a midsenior Data Privacy Officer (AVP level) for Mumbai/Pune.

This role will focus on designing and implementing data privacy frameworks, conducting privacy risk assessments, managing data breach responses, and acting as a key interface with regulators (DPAs). You will also partner closely with Legal, Compliance, and Business teams to advise on privacy risks across technology, outsourcing, and new product initiatives.

We're looking for professionals with 812+ years of experience in data privacy/compliance (preferably within BFSI), with strong knowledge of DPDP Act, IT Act, GDPR, and other global privacy frameworks, along with solid stakeholder management skills.
