Data Prospecting Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Prospecting Manager who can lead and scale our prospecting operations. In addition to generating new datasets, 20MED already possesses a large amount of prospected data collected over time. This role requires someone who understands modern prospecting tools, AI-assisted research, structured data management, and team leadership. The role is remote and involves managing a prospecting team of research analysts based out of Delhi & Kanpur . Once a month office visit can be scheduled based on need .

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and build databases of companies, hospitals, OEMs, and industry stakeholders globally.
• Conduct structured research using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator , industry directories and databases , corporate filings and web research
• Develop scalable prospecting workflows using AI research tools and automation.
• Ensure Data quality standards and validation rules

Experience

Strong experience in data prospecting, research, or lead intelligence

Should have worked with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and research databases

Experience leading Prospecting teams
