About the role:

We're looking for a Data Product Manager to join Collabera for one of our finest end-customer happens to be a Big 4 Bank. As a Data Product Manager, you'll own data products end-to-end: from defining and building them to driving adoption through a marketplace-style consumption model. You'll work closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders, while embedding strong governance and risk practices into everything you do.

What you'll do

• Own the data product lifecycle and drive cross-domain adoption
• Apply data mesh and federated ownership principles
• Guide engineering decisions on data modelling, ETL pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS / modern data stack)
• Champion metadata management, lineage, and data quality standards
• Navigate governance phase gates and NFRC/risk frameworks
• Translate technical trade-offs into business value for diverse stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Strong understanding of data products, ownership models, and data mesh principles
• Technical depth in SQL, data modelling, cloud platforms, and ETL pipelines
• Solid grounding in data governance, lineage, and risk/control frameworks
• Excellent communication skills and comfort operating across multiple domains and stakeholders
• An ownership mindset, learning agility, and genuine interest in governance-heavy problem spaces

Bonus points for

• Experience with enterprise-scale governance tooling
• Exposure to cross-domain data contracts or semantic standardisation
