We are seeking a highly competent and self-managed professional to lead and support enterprise-wide data privacy initiatives and a proven track record of delivering impactful projects. The candidate shall have good understanding and/or hands-on experience towards management and execution of the following:
- Lead from the front in managing specific aspects of the enterprise-wide privacy program.
- Oversee Data Privacy Framework in compliance with applicable data privacy regulations, laws and/or standards such as GDPR, US CCPA, EDPB Regulations/Rules, India DPDP 2023, ISO 27701 etc.
- Managing data privacy risks and advising stakeholders on regulatory obligations working closely with legal, IT, and management teams to uphold the company's commitment to data security and privacy.
- Manage and oversee program global Privacy Program KPIs and KRIs including but not limited to reporting and managing metrics with Leaders and key stakeholders.
- Manage, oversee, and monitor Data Privacy Risk Assessments/ Privacy Impact Assessments / Data Privacy Impact Assessments frameworks.
- Manage and monitor enhance consent management framework vii. Oversee vendor and third-party data privacy compliance, including contract negotiations and audits.
- Oversee client and customer data privacy compliance including contract negotiations and audits ix. Manage and monitor privacy incidents, including reporting, investigating, preparing and executing corrective and preventive action, along with end-to-end management of corrective and preventive action plans for data breaches.
- Manage and Lead data privacy Team towards ejectives and eicient management of data privacy program objectives addressing risks.
- Oversee and manage data privacy deliverables including policies/ procedures/ guidelines etc. Oversee and manage data privacy training and awareness program including communication plan, training schedule and establishing awareness protocols with stakeholders.
- Oversee global data retention program and stakeholder negotiations toward data privacy policies and procedures.
- Serve as a key contributor to privacy-related projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage and monitor privacy platforms and solutions to meet compliance and regulatory obligations including but not limited to functional testing and troubleshooting of internal privacy technologies/ platforms/solutions.
