Data Privacy

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Privacy Specialist to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have experience in privacy compliance, developer support, or customer support, with a strong understanding of privacy review frameworks and data protection practices. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess privacy-related requests in accordance with organizational policies and data protection guidelines.
• Support developers and internal stakeholders by providing accurate guidance on privacy and compliance requirements.
• Draft clear, concise, and professional communications related to privacy reviews and policy decisions.
• Track, document, and manage privacy cases while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established processes.
• Evaluate case complexity and determine the appropriate escalation path when required.
• Utilize internal tools, dashboards, and AI assistants to improve productivity and case management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of privacy-related queries and compliance issues.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality while handling sensitive information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Privacy, Privacy Compliance, Developer Support, or Customer Support.
• Working knowledge of privacy review frameworks, including data use policies, data protection agreements, and privacy assessments.
• Excellent written English with the ability to draft clear, accurate, and empathetic communications.
• Strong attention to detail with experience in documentation, tracking, and policy interpretation.
• Ability to work with complex internal tools, dashboards, and AI-based applications.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills to assess case complexity and determine escalation requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience using AI tools in day-to-day work.
