Riskpro India is expanding its Privacy / Data Protection / GDPR services and is looking experienced professionals in the Privacy domain. Experience in Data protection, GDPR, Data protection gap assessments, DPIA and related projects. .

Roles & Responsibilities :

• 4- 10+ years of relevant experience into GDPR, Privacy, Information Security etc
• Experience with information technology security programs, audits, controls, assessments, risk assessments, or remediation management
• Demonstrated proficiency in Risk and Compliance, including information security and technology regulatory requirements
• Conduct Privacy compliance assessment for clients
• Helping clients in identifying Privacy related compliance gaps and assisted them in the implementation of organizational and technical measures to mitigate the privacy and security risk
• Designing customized Privacy solutions keeping in my client business requirements
• Assisting in reviewing Data Privacy Agreements Experience with Governance, Risk & Compliance tools
• Developing service provider checklists for privacy compliance
• Conducting periodic review of privacy notice, policies and program assessment
• Good understanding On DPDPA.
• Design Data Privacy Program Strategy and Roadmap.
• Design and Develop the Data Privacy Framework.

Required Skills :

• Certifications like CIPP, CIPM, ISO 27701 LI are a Preferred
• Experience with IT/ITES data privacy related experience in such sectors are a value add.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment with both the local and global Compliance and Legal teams and the information security teams.
• Strong communication, report writing and presentation skills

Education: Bachelors or master's degree in cyber law, IT, computer science, Software engineering, or Data Privacy.
