Job Description

1. Develop data protection and privacy programs for clients to support business needs

  • Participate in requirements gathering from clients and assist in reconciliation of technical requirements from GDPR / CCPA perspective
  • Interpret customer needs and develop appropriate privacy solution
  • Develop value effective and compelling client proposals in alignment to customers core business and privacy requirements
  • Deploy processes and tools to help detect and prevent privacy breaches and monitor changes in technology impacting privacy risk posture
  • Participate in conducting periodic data privacy impact assessments and ongoing compliance monitoring activities in coordination with the organization's other compliance and operational assessment functions
  • Mitigate effects of a use or disclosure of personal information by employees or business partners as encountered during privacy incidents or breaches
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide high-quality bids on time by working in an organized manner with a cross-functional team of technical specialists, solution architects, CoEs, delivery teams, sales team, legal teams, financial teams etc.
  • Maintain current knowledge of applicable privacy and data protection requirements and accreditation standards,
  • iDevelop privacy training materials and other communications to increase understanding of company privacy policies, data handling practices and procedures and other privacy (legal) obligations
