- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable data platform solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure data platform consistency and reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of database design principles and data architecture best practices.
- Experience with data integration strategies and tools to support complex data environments.
- Ability to analyze and optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and their architectural components.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving data platform issues to maintain system integrity.
