- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize data platform performance and scalability.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to align data platform strategies with organizational goals.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Experience with data pipeline development and management.
- Strong understanding of data storage solutions and cloud-based data platforms.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques and tools.
- Ability to work with large-scale data processing frameworks and optimize workflows.
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required, along with Databricks Certification.
