Summary:

As a Data Platform Engineer, a typical day involves contributing to the design and development of the data platform architecture, ensuring that all components align with the overall blueprint. This role requires close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to maintain seamless integration across various systems and data models. The position demands continuous engagement in refining platform capabilities to support organizational data needs, while coordinating efforts to enhance system interoperability and data flow efficiency. The role is dynamic, involving problem-solving and strategic planning to support the evolving data infrastructure.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize data platform performance and scalability.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.

• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex data platform issues.
