Job Details

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Operations & Payroll Specialist with experience in data management, payroll calculations, and data quality assurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data, processing payroll-related information, managing large datasets, and supporting operational requests while ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Data Operations

  • Review, clean, and maintain data from multiple sources.

  • Identify and correct duplicate, missing, and inconsistent data.

  • Standardize data formats, naming conventions, and records.

  • Validate data accuracy before updating internal systems.

  • Maintain organized records in Excel, Google Sheets, and databases.

  • Generate data quality reports and monitor completion status.

  • Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and consistency.


Payroll Processing

  • Calculate employee salaries, compensation, incentives, deductions, and payroll components.

  • Verify payroll calculations for accuracy and compliance.

  • Process monthly, bi-weekly, or hourly payroll calculations based on annual salary structures.

  • Maintain confidentiality while handling payroll and employee information.




Data Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate and process operational data requests.

  • Organize and manage large datasets efficiently.

  • Ensure timely completion of assigned data-related tasks.

  • Prepare reports and support business operations with accurate data.


Document Management

  • Manage and organize PDF documents using Adobe Acrobat.

  • Edit, convert, format, and maintain digital documents.

  • Ensure proper documentation and record management.

Mandatory Skills
  • 2–5 years of experience in Data Operations, Data Management, Payroll Processing, or Data Cleaning.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • Excel Formulas & Functions

    • Filtering & Sorting

    • Lookup Functions

    • Data Validation

    • Data Cleaning

    • Spreadsheet Automation

  • Good understanding of:

    • Payroll Processing

    • Salary Calculations

    • Compensation Structures

    • Incentives & Deductions

  • Experience handling large datasets with high accuracy.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
