Job Summary
We are seeking forward-thinking, tech-driven individuals with a passion for data and cutting-edge technologies and strong prior experience of private markets data to support, maintain, and engineer data pipelines across multiple domains and platforms. The ideal candidate will showcase a strong understanding of AI tools and methodologies, coupled with expertise in data governance and quality, to design innovative and efficient solutions that meet our clients evolving needs.
Responsibilities
- Data Pipeline Management: Implement and manage data pipelines. Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data pipeline issues to deliver high-quality, timely data for clients. Ensuring scalability and efficiency in handling complex datasets across various domains
- Data Governance: Implement and maintain robust data governance protocols, including adherence to policies and industry standards, to ensure secure and compliant data practices across platforms.
- Data Quality Assurance: Monitor, validate, and enhance data accuracy and reliability by identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective measures.
- AI Integration: Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance the scalability, efficiency, and automation of data operations and pipelines.
- Client-Centric Approach: Understand how clients use their data and collaborate with internal teams to improve data accessibility, usability, and relevance for clients business needs.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in hands-on data operations including data pipeline monitoring, support and engineering.
- Hands on technical experience including troubleshooting data processing, orchestration, data ingestion, ideally within cloud-based databases/warehousing
- Previous experience in financial services (and particularly private markets)
- A strong passion for data and technology, with a forward-looking approach to utilizing AI tools and strategies.
- Passionate about data platforms, data quality and everything data
- Excellent understanding of data quality assurance processes and methodologies.
- Experience monitoring, and supporting data pipelines that are fast, scalable, reliable, and accurate.
- Understand clients data requirements to meet client data operations needs
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
Education/Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
