Job Description
We are looking for a curious, methodical researcher to join a newly formed Data Analysis department built from the ground up on AI-assisted intelligence workflows. This is an early-career role — you do not need years of industry experience, but you do need to be comfortable working with AI tools, handling structured data, and producing outputs that other people rely on. You will be one of the primary producers of company intelligence that feeds directly into our business development and sales efforts.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Run the company enrichment pipeline on assigned targets — gathering structured intelligence on organisations including their leadership, services, technology posture, workforce signals, and expansion activity
- Conduct independent verification of AI-gathered data, cross-checking against public sources to ensure accuracy before the information moves forward in the workflow
- Compile enrichment workbooks and company dossiers in a consistent format that downstream analysts and sales teams can use without additional interpretation
- Integrate contact data from Apollo exports into the pipeline, organising and tagging contacts by role and relevance
- Maintain the accuracy and completeness of the central intelligence database as records are added, updated, or flagged for review
- Flag data quality issues, inconsistencies, or edge cases and raise them with the Head of Data Analysis for methodology review
- Manage your assigned company queue, keeping pipeline stage status up to date so nothing falls through the cracks
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- AI fluency: You use AI tools regularly and know how to get reliable, structured outputs from them. You are not intimidated by prompting, iteration, or working within an AI-assisted workflow
- Attention to detail: You notice when something doesn't add up and you do not let it pass. Accuracy in this role directly affects the quality of decisions made downstream
- Structured thinking: You can take a large, messy set of information and organise it into something clear and consistent
- Written communication: You write clearly and concisely. The outputs of this role are read by people who need to act on them quickly
- Self-direction: This is a remote role on a small, early-stage team. You manage your own time and workload without needing constant direction
- Comfort with data tools: You are at ease working in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools. Experience with databases is a plus but not required
NICE TO HAVE
- Background in research, business analysis, or any field that involved gathering and synthesising information from multiple sources
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar contact intelligence platforms
- Experience working in a remote-first environment
- An understanding of how B2B sales or business development teams operate and what they need from market intelligence
