Data Operation Coordinator KRA for Feature Phone & Smartphone
1: Multi-Vertical Workflow Management
Goal: To manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data across four distinct categories.
- News Operations: Ensure local news feeds are updated.
- Ayushman Bharat Listings: Oversee the mapping and verification of hospitals. Ensure the data (Location, Specialization, Contact) is 100% accurate before it goes live.
- Grievance Tracking: Manage the Ticketing lifecycle. Ensure grievances are categorized correctly and routed to the right internal/external departments.
- SOP Implementation: Standardize the Approval/Rejection logic for all these new verticals just as was done for Service Listings.
2: DRC Coordination & Quality Audit (IVR Audit)
Goal: To lead the DRC in maintaining high data standards.
- Team Productivity: Assign daily targets to DRC agents for Hospital verification calls and Grievance follow-ups.
- Audit Mechanism: Perform Spot Checks on Hospital listings and News entries to ensure no fake information or poor-quality photos are approved.
- Grievance Aging: Monitor the Turnaround Time (TAT) for grievances. Ensure no citizen complaint remains Unaddressed beyond 4872 hours.
3: Dashboard Creation & Analytics
Goal: To translate raw numbers into visual insights for leadership.
- Metric Development: Build and maintain a Real-time Dashboard (using Excel, Power BI, or Admin Tools) showing:
- Volume: Total News/Grievances/Hospitals processed.
- Velocity: Time taken from Pending to Approved.
- Quality: Rejection rates and reasons.
- Trend Analysis: Identify which regions have the most grievances or where Ayushman hospital data is lacking.
4: System Hygiene & Data Verification
Goal: To ensure the A App remains a trusted source of truth.
- Hospital De-duplication: Ensure the same hospital isn't listed twice with different names.
- Verification Status: Coordinate with DRC to ensure every Ayushman Hospital listed has a Verified badge after a successful tele-verification.
