Data Operation Analyst

At Commure + Athelas, we're on a mission to help doctors focus on patient care instead of getting stuck with admin work. Our technology makes healthcare more efficient, using AI and automation to simplify complex workflows.

Now, we're looking for a Data Operations Analyst to help our data accurate and organized. If you love working with numbers, spotting patterns, and solving data puzzles, this role is for you!

What You'll Do:

Analyze key business metrics and uncover insights to improve operations and financial performance

Track growth trends in business and identify areas for efficiency improvements

Design and refine dashboards for leadership to monitor performance, spot bottlenecks, and optimize processes

Perform deep-dive analysis on data discrepancies and provide strategic recommendations

Work cross-functionally with tech, finance, and strategy teams to turn data into actionable insights

Who We're Looking For:

1+ years of experience in data analysis, quality checks, or related fields

Strong skills in Excel

Strong SQL knowledge

Good attention to detail you love spotting mistakes and fixing them

Comfortable working night shifts (aligned with US time zones)
