Data Network Techno Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong foundation in networking technologies to manage and deliver technically complex network infrastructure projects. The role requires hands-on understanding of network architectures and the ability to manage end-to-end project execution for global retail customers.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Plan, schedule, and manage technically complex network infrastructure projects.
• Assign project tasks to technical teams and ensure timely execution of each project phase.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams and department heads to achieve project objectives.
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to all stakeholders.

Network Infrastructure & Technical Oversight

• Provide technical oversight for network hardware installations, upgrades, and site maintenance.
• Support global retail network infrastructure operations.
• Troubleshoot and guide teams on routing and switching-related issues.
• Ensure smooth execution of network changes and upgrades across multiple sites.

Networking & Operations

• Hands-on experience with routing and switching technologies.
• Strong configuration and troubleshooting knowledge of OSPF and BGP protocols.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, wireless access points, and data center network devices.
• Basic knowledge of firewall technologies.

Network Tools & Security

• Experience using IP Address Management (IPAM) tools such as Infoblox.
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools including HP NNMi, Cisco Prime, and Cacti.
• Experience handling network access control solutions like Aruba ClearPass and Cisco ISE.

ITIL & Process Management

• Strong understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Asset, Problem, and Change Management.
• Ensure adherence to operational and service management best practices.

Additional Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with Cisco Viptela SD-WAN and Cisco ACI technologies.
• Exposure to Zscaler and Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD).

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 611 years of experience in networking, preferably supporting retail customers across global locations.
• Strong technical background combined with project coordination or project management responsibilities.
