Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Data Modeler / Data Architect with strong expertise in designing and building complex data models for Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and Data Marts. The ideal candidate should have domain knowledge in SAP, CRM, and commercial operations data, along with exposure to the medical devices industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and optimized data models for Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and Data Marts
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into logical and physical data models
- Integrate and manage data from multiple sources including SAP, CRM systems, and machine-generated data
- Develop and support data solutions related to commercial operations (Order-to-Cash, Service, etc.)
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across platforms
- Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and business teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions
- Optimize data structures for performance and scalability
- Document data models, metadata, and data flows
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Strong experience in data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical)
- Hands-on experience with Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and Data Marts
- Knowledge of SAP data structures, CRM data, and machine/IoT data
- Understanding of commercial operations data (O2C, service lifecycle, etc.)
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling tools (e.g., ERwin, PowerDesigner, etc.)
- Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data integration tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in the medical devices or healthcare domain
- Familiarity with device-specific terminology and regulatory data standards
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards
Soft Skills:- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Quick learner with adaptability to new domains
