MongoDB Skills

• MongoDB (advanced level)
• Data modeling (document-based, schema design)
• Indexing & Aggregation framework
• Performance optimization (reads/writes, embedding vs referencing)

ETL / Data Engineering

• ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, SSIS, AWS Glue, etc.)
• Data migration experience (especially Oracle → MongoDB / NoSQL)
• Data transformation & mapping (relational → NoSQL)
• Data quality, validation, reconciliation

Database Knowledge

• Strong Oracle / SQL background
• Good understanding of NoSQL vs RDBMS concepts
• Query optimization

Cloud & Architecture

• AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, EC2)
• API-first / event-driven architecture basics
• Experience with large-scale data pipelines
