We are looking for an experienced Data Modeler with strong expertise in Data Modeling, SQL, Data Warehousing, and Banking Domain knowledge to design scalable, high-performing enterprise data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data Models
- Create and maintain Enterprise Data Models
- Prepare Source-to-Target Mapping documents for migration and integration projects
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, architects, and engineering teams
- Develop Star Schema and Snowflake Schema for reporting and analytics
- Perform impact analysis and modify data models based on business/schema changes
- Maintain data dictionaries, lineage, metadata, and governance documentation
- Support ETL/Data Integration teams and optimize data structures for performance
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Data Modeling / Data Architecture
- Expertise in Logical & Physical Data Modeling, Dimensional Modeling, SQL, Relational Databases, and Data Warehousing
- Hands-on experience with ERWIN / ER Studio / similar modeling tools
- Experience in STTM documentation, Data Governance, and Metadata Management
- Good understanding of Banking Domain data and business processes
- Experience with Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Normalized, and Denormalized models
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Azure, AWS, Snowflake, or Databricks
- Familiarity with Informatica, DataStage, SSIS, or Talend
- Exposure to data lake/lakehouse architectures, data quality, and lineage tools
