Data Modeler - Associate Manager

Job Description

a) Mandatory Skills
. 10+ years of strong expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modelling
. Experience with enterprise data models (e.g., BCDM) and subject area alignment
. Ability to define source-to-target mappings and transformation rules
. Proficiency with ER modelling tools (e.g., ERwin or equivalent)
. Strong understanding of data governance, metadata, and lineage
. Experience working with structured and semi-structured data
. Familiarity with Databricks Lakehouse concepts and data architecture
. Strong banking domain experience (Corporate Banking preferred)
. Ability to translate business requirements into data models
. Experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams
. Great interpersonal and communication skills
. Can work independently with minimum supervision
. Flexible and adaptable working style to work with multiple stakeholders
. Open to work in UK Shift (10 AM to 9 PM IST with 8 hours of productive work)
b) Good to Have Skills
. Exposure to Snowflake / hybrid data platforms
. Experience with data catalog tools
. Knowledge of financial data standards (e.g., ISO20022)
. Experience in regulatory programs (IFC, FSCS, etc.)
. Basic knowledge of SQL / data engineering workflows
. Experience in data product-based delivery models
